北京時間2016年5月25日福布斯全球企業2000強榜單出爐,中國工商銀行、中國建設銀行和中國農業銀行占據前三甲,隨著中國經濟增速放緩,經濟利潤從第四位下降到第六位。福布斯全球企業2000強榜單是一份非常全面的榜單,收錄了根據營收、利潤、資產和市值這四大指標評出的全球規模最大、最有實力的上市公司,榜單使用的是綜合評分,對上述四項指標分配了同等的權重。下麵是統計的數據:
今年登上福布斯全球企業2000強榜單的公司來自63個國家和地區,總營收達到了35萬億美元,總利潤2.4萬億美元,總資產價值162萬億美元,總市值44萬億美元。這四個指標都來自2015年,因為全球經濟增長放緩,大宗商品價格的下跌,以及美國、中國和其他地方的股票市場的下跌,迫使企業和股票價格下跌。全球2000的綜合市場市值同比下降8%。
股神巴菲特(Buffet)所掌控的多元投資控股公司——伯克希爾·哈撒韋(Berkshire Hathaway)是美國最大企業,但在全球排名第四,以1.4的收益,在市場動蕩的2016表現最好。在其最新的一季報表中披露其投資組合中,伯克希爾公司對蘋果進行投資,助蘋果重返前十,位居2016第八位。蘋果公司在蒂姆·庫克的管理下,iPhone銷售有所放緩,但去年仍然產生了2330億美元的銷售和530億美元的利潤。
儘管美聯儲拖延加息,但美國銀行的漲幅仍然居於前位。摩根大通上升至前5,美國富國銀行也擠進前十。美國銀行和花旗銀行也分別進了前15。而中石油從第8位下跌到了第17位。 能源公司去年一整年下滑明顯,考慮到油價持續崩盤這並不顯得意外。埃克森美孚公司從2015年的第7位下滑至第9位。
除了日本的豐田汽車,美國和中國的公司幾乎囊括了榜單的前十名。總體而言,2000強名單中包含586家美國企業、249家中國企業(大陸和香港)、219家日本企業、92家英國企業,還有67家南韓企業。
由於2015年的企業併購活動相當活躍,因此扶持一些企業的排名飆漲。例如美國卡夫食品(Kraft)與亨氏食品(Heinz)合併後,排名暴漲了100多位至282位。瑞士保險公司ACE收購集寶(Chubb)後,集寶的排名也躍升至216位。其他名次明顯上升的公司還有法國巴黎銀行(BNP Paribas)、德國漢莎航空公司(Deutsche Lufthansa)、Expedia和松下電器(Panasonic)。
雖然美國的初次公開售股市場淡靜,但在亞洲仍相當活躍。例如日本郵政控股在2015年才上市,但馬上入圍這張全球2000強名單,而且名列第29位。其他令人矚目的新入圍企業包括世界最大的鐵路儀器公司CRRC Corp、PayPal和Ulta Salon等。
企業分割後也有分別進入榜單的,PayPal從eBay剝離後首次進入榜單424位,惠普公司拆分的兩個獨立公司也分別進入榜單(Hewlett Packard Enterprise 位於 166 位, HP Inc.位於277位)。
