三菱地所株式會社（Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd，TYO: 8802)）成立於1937年，目前是日本最大房地產開發商之一，2008財年營業收入7877億日元，息稅前利潤為1095億日元。1989年，公司全資購買了紐約的房地產開發公司洛克菲勒集團，並擁有了洛克菲勒中心。公司擁有日本最高的建築橫濱地標大廈 Yokohama Landmark Tower 。

Mitsubishi Estate(TYO: 8802) is a Japanese corporation. It is one of the core Mitsubishi companies.
MEC is Japan's second-largest real-estate developer (after Mitsui Fudosan) and is involved in property management and architecture research and design.
In 1989 it fully bought out Rockefeller Group in New York, the real estate company that then fully owned Rockefeller Center. Since then the older section of the Center has been sold and the Rockefeller Group, still owned by Mitsubishi, owns the western corridor of the complex.
MEC owns Japan's tallest building, the Yokohama Landmark Tower, as well as the Sanno Park Tower and Marunouchi Building in Tokyo.
