宇澤巨集文(Hirofumi Uzawa)

　　一九二八年生於鳥取縣。一九五一年畢業於東京大學理學繫數學專業。專攻經濟學。一九五六年起在美國斯坦佛大學、芝加哥大學等執教十四年。一九九七年榮獲日本文化勛章。他以“社會共有資本”理念為出發點，就環境問題、兒童問題等提出了很多獨到的見解。著述眾多，主要有《創造富裕國家》（岩波書店）、《經濟學與人類情感》（東洋經濟新報社）、《社會共有資本》《對日本教育的細考》（兩者均為岩波新書）等。
